get a water filter- Activated alumina media and bone char media will remove fluoride- See the filters listed on my channel/

You want water with 0.01 ppm or less fluoride in it- preferably less than 0.01 ppm

and brushing your teeth with fluoridated toothpaste is also a source for fluoride- The fluoride soaks in to your bloodstream through your gums.

its all related. sorry some people cant be content ignoring things, yes some people look for more conspiracies just for spitew, and streth them beyond beleife, but truth be told most of them are FAR BEYOND BELEIFE of the average citizen.They would never be able to accept the truth, so just ignore it all together.

We changed to non-fluoride toothpaste and are teeth and gum's are so much better for it. they just don't get stained! Like we use to get em polished. It seems like the enamel is so strong nothing can stick to it.
try a non-fluoridated toothpaste, search for them, not that hard to find...
