I need help installing the drivers or nothing shows up when I type adb devices, how do I fix?
Go to the link below and download and extract the kindle fire utility, then run the install_driver.bat. It will install the drivers for you.

After it flashes the recovery my fire is stuck at the yellow triangle.
you need to install the drivers again for the kindle while its at that triangle screen. follow the same instructions from my rooting video to install the drivers the same exact way or try running the install driver bat that came with kindle fire utility. once done, your fire should boot up. If it doesnt, change the bootmode to normal with KFU, or read solution below.

When I reboot my fire it just goes straight to TWRP or is stuck at the yellow triangle, what do I do? (BIG thanks to rbbrdman!)
click start, type cmd, press enter. type the following commands (this is assuming u have the kindleadb folder in place on C drive)
cd c:\kindleadb
adb shell
idme bootmode 4000

okay i did everything and when im stuck at a step...okay well when i click run.bat it says can not find tools w/get make sure you typed it in correctly..then when i click install_drivers.bat it says can not find specified path..i did everything correct my device is even running as an adb interface ..please help me

Help! After flash of TWRP, I pressed reset. However it looks like adb disconnected. I've tried every way I know of to reinstall drivers (even the "have disk" from your earlier video) and am stuck at the yellow triangle with adb not linking up. In Device Manager it says "this device cannot start" Any suggestions?

@nat3mil Hi im also stuck here but it won't let me reinstall the drivers because the fire is listed as an unknown device.Everytime i go into the KFU and do the driver install it says it is completed but my KF still isn't showing up. What should I do?

Hi Again...... I got the solution i found a recovery option in the same program "Kindle_Fire_Utility_v0.9.1" after i instull it in folder C:

then the Kindle fire device start rebooting......

@nat3mil I fixed mine and now I'm using my brother's which does work w/kfu (I rooted his w/it) I'm just wondering, how long should it take to flash? Its been plugged in w/ the software running and now its at the kindle fire screen still plugged in for 15 mins, still no reboot and still plugged in
