  • This is why you put your hooks in when attempting a RNC

  • I wouldn't recommend hooks if you are still both on your feet.

  • The important thing is most of all to pull him out of balance backwards. After that you can decide if you wanna take his back, or just kneel down behind him, both ways work.

  • @bayman4000 Not comfortable on mats, let alone concrete. I would try Gene Simco's stuff.

  • @bayman4000 Not comfortable on mats, imagine on concrete.

  • the guy doing the RNC is not completing his lock

try doing that throw on me, it will put my hooks and fall backward

  • You're all wrong it's spelled 柔術

  • jujutsu or jiu jitsu, only have 1 meaning, the gentle wy or gentle wellness, rnc require hooks when it is attempted

  • Incorrect. The proper spelling is jujutsu. BJJ is not Jujutsu. It is some made up system with no ties to traditional Jujutsu, so I dont care how they spell it.

  • The japanese martial art can be spelled either JuJitsu or JuJutsu. If you are refering to the brazilian martial art, then it's jiu-jitsu

  • THE PROPER SPELLING IS JUJUTSU

  • Simple answer only do a RNC on the ground
