@gaozhi2007 UHH, your right. It is something I have hated my entire life. I just can't stand it, and eating out can be a nightmare. I actively seek it out in the food I eat, so I can avoid it. It just gets used SO often, and I just can't stand it.
-
@meatisdeliciouse lol, I can see why you would think that. It does get overused. I like it, but only in exactly the right amounts. If you go over, the taste is cloying and takes over everything.

@dapropawanka Any coriander is to much coriander, indian food lacks skill, so they have to masck the taste with that horrible demon weed. Just like organic food, they just try to disguise their lack of skill using gargantuane amounts of chilly or coriander.
-
Indian food just lacks tallent and imagination, what they lack for in sckill they try to make up for using the demon weed coriander and use chilly. I HATE corriander, and I just can't stand spicy food. Seriousely, wht is the problem in having something MILD for once? Why does EVERY thing have to have coriander or chilly in it? For goodnes sacke, people lack imagination in their food. Coriander is gross and ofensive, and chilly just makes food itchy and uncomfortable.

holy fart that is waaay too much coriander. It tastes better as garnish anyway.

great!
This is a typical English cuury! Spices, chilli's should go in after onions are browned. so that they blend into the oil!
Tomatoes after 45 mins cooking the meat...! But good example of a european curry dish!
