Thank you all for responding. I have found peace and family constallations has help me with this. Once you know who you are, and what place you have in your family, relationships and your children. When you see that, you feel a little exposed, because everything that is for important for you will show. There is no hiding, and once you are open to see and understand it. It will give you a tence of understanding and you feel things that were very important aren´t so important anymore, because you understand how the system works.

I also found out, that I was not just for a reason my parents lost me. Not only because they did not choice for it. But also because something in our family system went wrong that my mother came in a situation that she had to deal with losing her child against her will. I wasn´t the only daughter in the family that was a victim of the family system.

Family constallations are not the aswers to all your problems, but it can give a understanding in life. And it can give people like me and other air because feel they can not breath because of emotions. When nobody can help you, and you have no place to go. This can be a option, but I do warn people that watch out where you go, because any person can give family constallations. Go look for refference. Because it is not just something you can do.

I first looked at the video Hellinger on Judgment - how one looses important part of himself and the connection with others by judging - now I see him talking judgmentaly on adoption. I don't think it's so simply biological. What about gay parents?

Thank you for posting this. I love Hellinger's work. He is just talking from his year's of experience in working with the family systems. Read Love's Hidden Symmetry a few times and we can start to understand where his viewpoint's are coming from. This work requires an open-mindedness with no judgement. Hellinger works from viewpoint of what works for the situation and some questions cannot be answered logically.

@oceanbirth I may suggest Mr.hellinger -to no avail, of course, 'cause he is too old and rigid- to study Bruce Lipton's work. Hellinger is right on some issues, but he is not taking into account many other cases that need to be viewed one by one.He is a hopeless dogmatist, which happens to be a very keen and intelligent therapist, but as many others as him he is deluded into believing that he knows everything.

Hellinger`s theories are based on extreme deterministic views.His ideas lack the obvipus flexibility of Real Life.What about children sistematically beaten and abuse by several memebers of the family -I see that every day-.Is it better to leave the child in the hands of its murderees because Mr.Hellinger thinks that "biology" and YES, Karma, is the best? Hellinger's ideas are full of the worst hindu influences.

constellation work can be powerful and effective, but this is quite insane, what he is saying. he is completely discounting the fact that a child's soul chooses it's circumstances and biology. biology is not what makes a family, love and soul connection is. biology is being phenomenally overrated here!!!

soy adoptada.Busco a mi madre.Siento que me ocultan.Amo a mi flia adoptiva, pero no puedo dejar de buscar... nunca me senti parte de la sociedad , es decir donde vivo,,mi pueblo mi provincia...pero si dentro de todo me siento a gusto con mis padres..que hago?

sofinanda, toda mi vida intuì que era adoptada, siempre me lo negaron, constelando lo supe. fuè muy duro te lo aseguro, y aunque adoro a mi madre adoptiva, nunca podrà llenar ese espacio vacio de mi madre biologica. sigo trabajando y en terapias para no pasar ese vacio a mi hijo. los padres podràn tener la voluntad màxima pero son adoptivos.

i knew i was adopt, by this method. All my life i had felt that i was not belonging to my "family", and finally knew it by this theraphy.
