Momo

On January 17th my sister's little bunny Morty got accidentally killed by a dog who tried to play with him.
Morty was there with my sister and me for so many years, he was so much part of our family.
I absolutely love all animals and all our pets, but with Momo... I don't know why, but he meant so much more to us. Even now, months after his death, I still cry when I look at pictures of him.
It hurts so bad to know that I will never see him again, will never feel his soft, fluffy fur, will never yell at him again for stealing my stuff, will never smile when he is silly or laugh when he is chasing the cats.
He will never beg for chocolate and cake again, never again bite holes in pillowcases when he doesn't get what he wants, never make those little grunt noises again when is mad, never watch all his favorite TV shows.

He is gone and will never come back.

He filled our lives with joy over many years, and this is my way to thank him for all the times he comforted my sister when she was sad or just lightened up our days by simply being around.

Well, apparently you have not the slightest idea what you are talking about. First, rabbits live 8 to 12 years. Second, if you had ever had a rabbit as pet then you'd know that they are just like cats or dogs.

But what do you expect from someone stupid enough to buy a snuggie and then complain about how stupid it is. As if you hadn't known before...

oh i'm so sorry. it makes me miss my bunny so much, i left for a weekend with my friend and when i came home my parents told me my Cotton had cancer and had been put down. it hurts when you lose a loved one

I'm sorry to hear about your loss too. It's always hard to lose a pet. I always had pets since I was 6, now I'm almost 29. So you can imagine how many I lost during that time. But it's never getting easier.

Thank you. Just a few days ago it was 1 year that he died, and I had to think of him a lot. People who never had a bunny as a pet don't know how intense those animals are. I had dogs, cats, birds, fishes and a bunny, but even I have to say that the bunny was the most... I can't even explain what I mean. They have so much personality, as if they were little, fuzzy people with long ears.

your Momo looks like my brother's Cinnamon who died today because of a stray cat that bit it in the neck i already miss Cinnamon i was the most upset person to know it died a few seconds after that because i took care of Cinnamon and my rabbit Oreo everyday.so i miss him and im sure Oreo misses Cinnamon too. i hope Cinnamon could find your Momo in the other side

i just adore bunnies, i had 3 netherland dwarfs before.. my boy that i loved so much passed away and i was so depressed for the longest time ;__; i'm sorry you lost this adorable bunny as well but at least you always have the wonderful memories you shared with him *hug*

one day me and my friend came home and my little dog had holes in his neck and by my big dogs food and same here when i look at pictures of him i cry when i also know that i wont ever be able to see him again when i saw him dead i was crying so i know how it feels to it sucks.

That's a really sad. I completely understand what it feels like to miss them. We had a rabbit that had to be put to sleep. I still miss him too. I'm really sorry for your loss. I'm sure that he was really well loved.
