Emily Remler with Astrud Gilberto recorded on October 28th 1983 at the Opera House, Cork, Ireland. Emily spent several years touring as a guitarist with Astrud Gilberto's band in the early 80's and often referred to the experience as being an important part of her musical development.

Wonderful to hear this in the original Portugese, and to see Emily playing a nylon-string guitar. Wish that bassist would turn down a bit, though - he's drowning out the other instruments. Astrud's voice is beautiful, and she is an alluring performer.
