Uhh wen it goes into destroy mode it's every newtypes worst nightmare, the unicorn can take control all psycommu systems lyk funnels, it's faster bigger stronger, can put up an I-field lyk u seen here. Nt-d does mean newtype destroyer lol

TAM is an activateable buff that lasts 3 minutes which the characters start to rely on through out the entire show because they become unable to fight properly without it. NT-D only activates when it senses an Newtype opponent. However, it can only remain active for about five minutes.

So the main difference is that TAM is usable at any time while NT-D is only useable if there is Newtypes around.

I'll favorite NT-D because it's less ridicilous.

@NoobSnoopy - Trans-AM is basically Char-wannabe system =w= Yes, I did not care a bit for Gundam 00 because that show was stupid. I watched it all, even the movie, and it was just stupid. I did like the episode when the orbital elevator came crashing down though and the only likeable character was Louise in Season 2 - at least when she was insane.

In terms of Trans-Am vs NT-D however... -follow up-

In gundam musou 3, destroy mode of Unicorn can destroy full star stage with hard difficulty in 3 minutes while other gundam takes 10 or 15 to beat the stages. the producer wants UC gundam to be the most powerful suit in the Games I guess, even wing zero and raiser 00 or Nu is no match to UC gundam in Gundam musou 3 .
