My first time playing this game I absolutely hated it. I got destroyed. Yet, I persevered and it payed off. Now, it's one of my favorite games.

I thought holy crap that was easy, and then in the following staged I got gangbanged by skeletons with swords after a giant friggin crow carried me there,only then did I see the hard difficulty people were talking about

@anferny18011981 its extremely difficult. Its unforgiving in almost every aspect but can be rewarding. Its a game where you jump up and down and scream glorious phrases when you beat your first boss.

@tupacole I can say Final Fantasy is better than Ridge Racer (and to me it is), do people actually have to spell out that its "in my opinion"? That should be like.. a given. Sure its not "Fair" to compare, but that has nothing to do with people enjoying something over another and expressing their opinions/feelings.

@The1andonlyBDye Dark Souls and Skyrim are COMPLETELY different games. its like comparing ghost recon to battlefield.Yes they both have guns, they are both set in the modern day world but they play COMPLETELY different and each has its own unique direction.

@anferny18011981 this game is purely one of the most rewarding experiences you will have in gaming, but yes it does require alot of patience and thought and skill. compared to titles today that are popular like say uncharted 3 , mw3, skyrim, yes this game is VASTLY harder then those titles, this is an old school RPG that requires you to stradegize every single opponent because no matter how good your armor or level is , any enemy can end your life at any point if you run in wreckless 10/10 game.

i am a casual gamer so i am really not sure if i should go for this game

it looks really nice and bosses seem great.. but is it really that hard to master - or ist it just harder than the normal cheep kiddy type of games out there where you ofthen cant even die!?

i hate when games are too easy but i dont have more time than eg. 8 hours per week to play so i am not sure if this game is for me

can somebody set this into perspective please?
