  • Ahhh wow well done, i remember watchin your before video ages ago. You look heaps healthier. I sooo need to get back into fitness, going thru a lazy patch myself. Now I need to check back on all the others too!

  • Thanks, I need to get after it seriously now, too.  I slacked off this Fall, but am planning a little 40 day fitness challenge for the rest of the year.

  • Maybe a stupid question, but in your description you write that you lost 38 pounts, but gained 7-8 pounds of muscle. How do you know how much muscle weight you've gained?

  • Great job and never forget you are 45 ! believe me if you were 20 years old you will have your six packs ! keep it up, eat right train HARD .. No pain no gain :p

    My suggestion for the rest of the year: a sports goal like "running a marathon" or learning a new skill or lifting that x amount of weight ....
