Normally you would think that an aircraft would need some kind of thrust from the back to push it foward and makes a rather loud sound.. These government aircrafts use an anti gravity generator that keeps it at a float and make it fluctuate so it can move almost any direction when ever.. That last one I have seen it in England about 10 years ago. It just stopped dead in the sky, I got out of my car to look up I could not work it out, real weird It was silent & had the same lights on. The lights were red which made me think it was man made, but the silence baffled me.
