Warning - I'm Sweaty and Angry....
I've had enough of the negativity around me - from people that I would never expect either. I'm angry and yes emotional but I will not let it stop me. I REFUSE to let myself or others negative comments get in my way. Just because I can't do something physically doesn't mean I can't try!!
I'm out to PROVE TO MYSELF that I can do this - I longed for Mamavation to help me with the one thing that is holding me back - me and food and constancy but with the guidance of my amazing Fit Friends - Dr. Lori Shemek & Michele McMichael I have all the nutrition and fitness support I need!

Your video is awesome. Guess what. At the beginning, where you are right now, it is so much harder than later on. If you stick to it, just keep saying "I can," no matter how you have to pull yourself througth, you will be amazed at how much easier it will start to be. Even the flexibility. If you haven't been doing all that stretching, your muscles, tendons and ligaments will not move easily. Your fascia gets stiff and makes it difficult. But all that can let go and soften and ease up.
