  • Thank YOU.

    Benton

  • Good question! You should easily be able to replace your weight training w Pilates depending on your goals. Now you may not win any professional bodybuilding shows but you will increase your bodies lean muscle tissue if you keep your intensity high. True there is an obvious distinction between traditional weight training and traditional pilates training but you can meet them halfway as long as you keep loyal to your pilates fundamentals and drive from your core.

    Take care,

    Benton Wilbanks

  • Ill be coming out with a book in the future that will be packed full of options outside traditional pilates. Everything is based from the pure method but everything is allowed to reach beyond that too.

    Glad you like it.

  • you were't balanced... when you were working on your left arm.... you had you right hand by your right foot.

When you were working your right arm, you had you left hand by your right foot..

shouldn't it have been left hand by left foot and changed stance???

  • Very cool!! Thank you

  • how goos is this for building your body?

bodybuilding with weights suck so i need an alternative

  • That is traditional Pilates, you just need to do it standing and with your footbar down and on a Gratz..will be harder but so worth it...:)

  • Super! I can't wait to try this one

  • Loved all your videos- sad there weren't more. My husband and I have a martial arts and pilates studio and I can't wait to try some of these out. Look foward to seeing the book.
