The Farmers Walk (or carry) would be a great addition or as the sole exercise for any strength training program for Water Polo. http://www.waterpolotraining.net
Great exercise, needs to be heavier than these kettlebells depending on your weight/strength ration, i like to do these on squat days when the gym is to myself. For example I weigh 185 to 190, will squat max around 380 then do farmer walks with 95 lb dumbs at least 2, 3 minute walks (or until grip gives), which isn't that great for my weight. Also good to do opposite of military presses to get jacked up traps and back. P. S. I don't know a damn thing about water polo.
