Chevy engines it's not better than the toyota 2f or 3f engine. The only thing that engine improve is the speed, but the 2f o 3f toyota engines have a plenty torque for the fj60 or fj62. I think put a chevy engine on a Land Cruiser it's a profanation.

dude the ony things that american cars are good for offroad is mud bogs and they get boring pretty quick considering there is no skill involved

"Japanese off roaders are really modified US cars..." Yeah, I'd love to see you try and back that one up. And if by "American cars are really the ultimate offroaders" you are implying mud bogging and tractor pulls.....sure, the American vehicles are great. If you are talking crossing punishing terrain all over the world, American vehicles fall WAY short.
