Leadership Talks is a project based on one of AIESEC's fundamental ideas- activating young leadership, whose main purpose is to inspire young people to bring their own contribution in the society of our days. This year Leadership Talks reaches its 4th edition and it will take place between the 1st and the 4th of November. This time, the event announces the official opening of Leadership Month- a national event which also includes Romanian Youth Leadership Forum, one of AIESEC's largest national conferences. The event aims to give young people access to stories of today's leaders and role-models, both from Romania and abroad, guiding them towards real values and principles.
