@bestbass42 I have a 1984 CD press of the Beverly Hills Cop OST that can be yours for £100 :P

Seriously though old CDs are great because they actually mastered them properly for the first 5 years or so, Now it's compressed to shit and as such sound awful compared to the Vinyl press that can't be mastered badly or it won't play.

That was the style then. yet it sounds strangely up to date. Its a lot more valuable than Eurithmics touch album aswell

The reason its so expensive on CD is because it is one of the VERY FIRST albums to be issued on CD way back in 1985 and only a few were ever pressed(in Germany),therefore making it a very valuable collectors item.
