Well, that's funny, cause.. the developers scrapped plains due to it being in the New York setting, and that would be inapporpriate somehow.

mmmm :( i installed the mod and the restaurant is always empty, cars teleport somehow into the building and peds keep floating/walk underground... and also the textures load very slow. the only thing that came out good in this mod is the parking lot... -_- please release a new one that will fix it... until then i delete this mod sorry :(

@lennyGTAIV What do you mean by the restaurant is always empty ? And there is a way to get rid of the annoying cars, read the readme !!!
