sometimes short changes do that sound when they have that water attack. SOMETIMES. also an sos, when they put the sprinkle stuff on the cogs they also make that sound. its a funny sound. :)

cogs can make that noise or another noise (the noise when the CEO says "Fore!") when you use a cogs miss SOS toon
