Can clown base (like Mehron clown white creme) be used as a base for make up for a cat? I am going to be a white tiger for halloween.

@GizzboonJelliclecat I've bought some kits before, around Halloween they can be found at craft stores usually and not too expensive. But if you're serous about face paint, I recommend buying individual colors. They come in 18 ML cases and are around $10 each. So if you are just starting out, buy one of their small kits to start.
