And he went about doing this through various means, including starting a fake news company and releasing stories of Arbenz and his government having ties to communist Russia. CIA and United Fruit train rebel army, go in and bomb the city. All the while Bernays has the newspapers spitting out stories like, "Guetemala Freed From Communism!" They then use communism or socialism as an excuse to dispose of the leader. A perfect example of this is Guetemala 1954. What utter nonsense! This might make sense to someone uneducated in the fine points of the Russian Revolution, the history of WWI, WWII, and the Cold War, and the writings of Marx, Engels, Lenin, and Trotsky, but it is no more than revisionist history to anyone that has studied those details.
