Keith Olbermann gives his special comment on the FISA bill working through the Senate, with sharp criticism of Sen. Obama. But the good news is that Obama has another chance to redeem himself.

  • Not only did Barack Obama vote for this FISA sellout, but he also voted for the USA PATRIOT Act re-authorization in 2006, and has consistently voted in favor of war funding.

  • Yup. He's a corporate rat just like everyone else in the two parties (with some exceptions of course). Hope people realize this (they won't).

  • He might bring some change, but FISA and Iraq war reauthorizing speaks against that change he speaks off. I will give him a chance if he becomes president but he isn't impressing me.

  • This special comment just shows how little Keith knows. The reason why they are not protected from Criminal Immunity is strictly because Congress can not grant that (No Expo Facto Laws). The Law itself does not grant the ability for Criminal Prosecution, just gets them off the hook for civil damages.

  • The vote hasn't come to the Senate yet....

  • Olbermann for president.
