This looks like the same two guys that hit the RBC bank on JYP in Kissimmee yesterday. My observation. Suspect 1 (counter jumper) is your point/lead man) he seems to be the more "tactical" of the two. Number 2 is put on "security" and segregates the bank employees but has poor weapons handling skills (doesn't watch his barrell disiplin) and knocks over the sign on the way out. They are getting their "robbery timing and procudure" off the web and maybe "Heat".

I do work for the law but i been watching these robbies and i know that the people that robbed the bank looked on you tube
