This is a video is the first in my series aimed at informing the general population of some unorthodox techniques and procedures commonly used post Patellar Tendon reconstructive surgery.
At time of video I was 42 days post op of a a complete rupture in the right knee of my patellar tendon. Here's a look into some of my methods to regaining my strength, speed, ROM, GPP, etc.
Please note the athletes in this film and future films are not doctors so please always consult licensed physicians before beginning any rehabilitation program on your own.
Thank you for watching.

I have a hard time believing your ruptured your patella tendon. I have ruptured both of my patella tendons and 42 days post op could not do any of the thing you are doing in the video. Range of motion was not 90 degrees and absolutely no way I would get in a glute ham raise machine. If you ruptured your patella you would have had your knee cut open; I couldn't imagine doing any of that stuff a little over a month from having my surgery.
Was your knee scoped or cut open?
