Energizer Night Race Malaysia 2011 SUCKS!

Energizer Night Race Malaysia 2011 organiser could not control the crowd. Unable to explain why they had to close the gates on all participants who queued for at least an hour for their certs and goodie bags. Police shouted at people who were just trying to seek answers, just to get us out of the place.

i'm grateful that Energizer Malaysia is taking full accountability on the refund and distribution of headlights, finisher's medal, tee / bag. this is what i'd call good crisis management.

it was really crap. so many of us completed within qualifying time and got nothing from the beginning except for the stupid vest and bib.

it's really the organizer's fault here. did they really expect thousands of people going through the narrow pit corridor to go smoothly?

the handing out of medals, cert and goody bags should have been made in a wide open area with dozens of people handing them out, but all i saw was just 3-4 people frantically giving those items in each category.

i never got my medal, even though i finished well within the qualifying time. and i pity those locked out when the shutters closed on them.

it is stated there that thy will post the cert and the goodies are base on 1st come 1st serve...means the runner will still get the cert rite?but damn lousy lo...anticipate for 10000 ppl but din provide enough...stupid organizer..energizer should file a suit against them and give the participant the refund...

6.FINISHER MEDALS AND T-SHIRT MUST BE COLLECTED AT THE FINISHER PIT UPON CHECK OUT OF THE RACE, THE ORGANIZER WILL NOT BE LIABLE IF THE PARTICIPANT DID NOT COLLECT THE FINISHING PIT WITHOUT THE SAID ITEMS

\4.PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A FINISHING T-SHIRT AND A CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION FOR THE ENERGIZER NIGHT RACE 2011 UPON COMPLETION OF THE RACE (EXCEPT FOR 42KM AND 21KM CATEGORY, CERTIFICATE WILL BE POSTED OUT TO YOUR REGISTERED MAILING ADDRESS).

5.ALL FINISHING T-SHIRT ARE GIVEN BY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS UPON COMPLETION. SIZES ARE VARY FROM M-L SIZES AND ARE GIVEN ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
