No, it was made for PCEngine and it was only released in Japan (look it up and explain to me why there's no translation or box art or anything for non-Japanese versions.) If you imported it for your trbgrfxsxtn in 1993 it would have been unplayable because they were region locked.

So? That's not Rondo of Blood. There's a standalone Rondo of Blood application (the full original game for PCEngine) for Windows floating around out there, shouldn't be too hard to find so you can suck your own words down after discovering they're two completely different games and Dracula X for SNES is a pale shadow of Rondo of Blood, at best.

It wasn't mad for the PC, it was made for the Turbografx-CD, an add-on to the Turbografx-16. Rondo of Blood was also released almost everywhere but the US. The SNES version also has several major differences, which make it much worse when compared to the Turbografx-CD version.

I was so amazed when I beat this boss. My first two attempts ended in failure, but after that I beat it without taking a single hit! I know that's not all that impressive, but it was my first time beating the boss in only three tries! Probably from all the hours I put into defeating the final boss in the original... damn that boss was a nightmare!
