Innovate or Die -- The Transformation Trike

The Transformation Trike is a multi-use human-powered vehicle designed for use as a cargo hauler and people mover. The cargo capacity is 350 lbs and can accommodate one, two, or three drivers working in tandem.

Only front rider is protected by a helmet at 1:09 ... what about the young one? Aahhh ... maybe he was the guinea pig in the demo? ;) Still nice idea for a very flexible transporter.

@kevincarbonaro dude, we were in a fenced in playground so I think the danger of head injury for my son was very low. The designer, however, rode the bike there and had his helmet on and left it on probably because it was a cold day.

keep that tri cycle on the play ground where you dont cause an accedent or get hit. Traffic is bad enough, Your tri cycle looks like it could be fun with good weather

conditions, Think about it thumbs down when snow or ice or rain or bitter cold

freezing. watch out for the kids playing in the park .

@STEPHEN1MAN Yes traffic is bad! Human powered machines like this are a great solution for reducing the congestion and pollution caused by motorcars.

No one is claiming this vehicle is the solution every transportation need/terrain - what vehicle is? Not even a cargo helicopter can cover all conditions/needs.

Modern cars are massive overkill for what we use them for on a regular basis - (trips with one passenger that are two-miles (or less), and carrying very little (if any) baggage.

@MistaTSluss Electric cars are, for the most part, coal powered cars and, regardless of fuel source, if we use electricity to replace gasoline in any significant manner we will be facing a whole host of new problems with infrastructure/delivery, pollution, and higher prices.

Always funny to see people in the comments saying that wearing a plastic hat makes a difference on a bike that doesn't suppose to go fast, or off-road for that matter

It's a city-bike, who wears a helmet when they go for a run, or sprint? Use hands and feet, for real.

Cool cargo carrier, modular seems to be a very good solution, but hey!

You probably didn't know that hydrogen is explosive and that any petrol powered car with a little modification can be set up to run with only that, did you?

It's simple:

Water + electric reaction (+/-) = oksygen & hydrogen.

Combustion = water ;)
