http://www.RadoTrenciansky.com Raw cultured vegetables and beverages have been around for thousands of years, but we have never needed them more than we do today. Rich in lactobacilli and enzymes, alkaline-forming, loaded with vitamins, they are an ideal food that can and should be consumed with every meal.
FERMENTED FOODS ARE FOODS THAT CONTRIBUTE IMMENSELY TO HEALING AND BUILDING YOUR INNER ECOSYSTEM.

In Marian's 3 hour workshop you will sample a variety of organic fermented foods and beverages. Each participant will receive an information and instruction booklet on how to make delicious and healthy fermented foods and drinks. You will learn how to make these healthy and delicious foods and take home your own Kefir and Kombucha plants to enable you to make your own fermented foods at home.

  • I attended Marian's workshop on 24.4. 2010 in Indooroopilly and found it very beneficial.

In just 3 hours I learned how to take more advantage of a good bacteria in fermented foods and beverages, such as: Kefir, Sauerkraut, Beet Kvass, Kombucha and Ginger Beer. I have put in practise all I learned and started using all this products already. Thanks Marian
