good for you marian! I'm glad you are feeling better.. I have just started making and eating fermented vegies. I have also noticed a difference right away and will continue getting new recipies.

I attended Marian's workshop on 24.4. 2010 in Indooroopilly and found it very beneficial.
In just 3 hours I learned how to take more advantage of a good bacteria in fermented foods and beverages, such as: Kefir, Sauerkraut, Beet Kvass, Kombucha and Ginger Beer. I have put in practise all I learned and started using all this products already. Thanks Marian
