@supermotovideo @dee18f what supermotovideo means is, you can treat your DRZ 400sm like shit and itll still keep plonking along, but itll always be last. the aprilia SXV is a performance machine and wont like being maintained like shit. would you treat your ferrari like shit? :)

@MysteryBiker123 ..you can poer wheelies on 1st and most bikes on 2nd...but i like to clutch up most times and control the speeds at the balance point.

How do you feel the aprilla stacks up to the drz? i live in upstate ny have a 06 1000rr but im thinking about switching to super moto for fun and less popo problems ha. My friend has a 400sm and i found it fun but didnt know if its enough? obvs not looking for 100 plus mph blast but I want power and not at 650 ktm. just wondering your opinion. thanks

@98luckyneon ..the thing about the Drz is you can ride the shit out of it and it keeps going...its the toughest engine out there...and keep in mind its the cheapest out of all other SM's to maintain...im @ 21.000miles and so far just 1 valve adjustment and 2 new chains...but i rip through tires just about every 4 to 5 thousand miles.
Aprillia & Ktm engines wont last half the life of a drz...but yeah their faster ill admit to that, and costs way more to keep them running..my opinion. good luck.
