This is good to know about coriander. I just like the citrus-like fresh taste of it. Also, thyme is good to use on eggs, as it is known to protect against salmonella. Thank you for this vid. =)

Just like to add that most broad leafed plants also are natural magnets for heavy metals. I am not a botanist, but know that it's related to their sugar metabolism. So surround yourself and your garden with beautiful broad leafed plants. thanks.
