Initial Stages of Partial Siding Replacement

First day on the job of a partial siding replacement project....client got a number of bids and everyone else told him he needed to replace all of his siding...he's still got plenty of years on most of it. It is masonite siding so at some point he will need to replace it all. We will replace the chimney and part of the left side with hardiplank siding, properly caulked and hand-painted with Sherwin Williams Duration paint.
