I didn't add the text, the production company did and the text are only describing what was said by those in the video. There was nothing misleading about the text, it was put there because the audio wasen't clear.

this video is no evidence at all. your text is misleading people so they think there might be evidence that this girl is guilty and this causes her sentence to be upheld. You are therefore directly damaging her and her family. This video should be taken off or the name should be changed avoiding the words evidence, proof and all other accosiations with this word.
