Ok long story short?
Blair breaks up with Nate after deciding she's better off with someone who actually loves her.
A few days later a new substitute arrives at school, Sam (Winchester) and catches the eye of a certain female.
Blair quickly develops of a crush on the awkward and polite sub but still somehow manages fall into bed with Chuck, who just happens to like her.
After she repeatedly tells Chuck it was a mistake, he tells Gossip Girl that Blair isn't so innocent.
Humiliated and alone, Blair turns to the only person that hasn't judged her so far, Sam.
After receiving her call, he reluctantly goes to comfort her at a bar where one thing leads to another.
Shortly after their night together Sam's cover is blown and he's arrested but being the Winchester that he is, he breaks out and goes to see Blair one last time.
