I doubt it, Cuba is still a military dictatorship and there are still little human/civil rights and the reason why people would not want to critiscise the governemnt is most likely fear for their own lives.

How is it a military dictatorship? There aren't armed guards on the streets, wire taps, or anything like that. And the current leader of Cuba was in fact Democratically elected by the National Assembly. Cuba is still trying to stabilize itself, I don't know what to say about human rights because I haven't been their myself. Information coming out of such countries are usually corrupted.
