How to update AceKard2i for DSi 1.4.2 firmware

A video I made showing you how to update your acekard2i. I had already updated my and DSi, so I will show you how to update but I will not update because it has been updated. Your DSi either needs to be on 1.4 or lower (or any other firmware that doesnt block flash cards/acekard2i) or you can update via a DS Lite. Then just update your DSi, and it should work like normal. If you don't want to update your DSi, the acekard2i will work as well on 1.4 or lower even you updated your acekard2i. It will also still work on DS/DS Lite. Oh, and one last thing, I have AKIAO firmware 1.8.6.

Step 1: Go Here

Step 2: Download Acekard2i update and extract files like shown in the video.

There are 3 files in the Update package. Extract all 3 files which are these listed bellow.

#1. ak2ifw_update_3ds_v2_DSi.nds
Only use this one if you are updating your acekard2i on a Nintendo DSi System.

#2. ak2ifw_update_3ds_v2_DSL.nds
Only use this one if you are updating your acekard2i on a Nintendo DS Lite System.

#3. Readme file.
Open it and read it if you want (at the top there is a bunch of weird symbols). But it just tells you about the update and stuff.

After you select the correct file (DSi update or DS Lite update) drag it into the NDS folder on your USB/SD card.
Then just go on your DSi/DS Lite and once you start up your acekard2i, select the update, which is named "DS Program File." And then just follow the instructions correctly. (NOTE: The update does not take a lot of time, but if you are on low battery, i suggest you charge your Nintendo DSi/DS Lite while updating. If your DSi/DS Lite does happen to turn off while the updating process, your AceKard2i might brick (corrupt). I do not take any responsibility if you happen to brick your AceKard2i and it no longer works. TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK!)
(the reason I put that is because there is a tiny chance, maybe 0.02% of your acekard2i bricking while updating)
