Seattle's mayor, Mike McGinn, has been a supporter of the state's medicinal marijuana laws and gave the word to the police department to make marijuana possession and use the absolute lowest priority crime in Seattle. He spoke on the second day of the 20th anniversary Seattle Hempfest, along with Congressman Dennis Kucinich and Jodie Emery, wife of Marc Emery, the so-called "Prince Of Pot" and political prisoner serving time in a US prison for selling marijuana seeds in Canada, an act that isn't a crime there. Mayor McGinn was the featured speaker at 4:20.
