Why is it the Goverment's fault ? Those where Goverment housing. The people who lived there did not take care of what was given to them. The goverment didn't tear up or ruin these buildings. The unthankful disrespectful people who live there done this. Why keep putting money into these place if people will not take care of them. 95 % of the people whom lived here did'nt even try to find jobs.
