In Brasil they do not have many traffic enforcers. Drivers purposely cause accidents, run over bikers, and walkers never have the right of way. A society takes generations to groom driving cultures like Germany's and Japan's. People are not inherently evil but it is easy to manipulate us into believing evil is good.

Only 20% of America voted for Obama. 80% have lost their democracy. The 20% that voted for Obama gave him control of their democracy and now no longer have it.
