I've recently decided AGAINST doing these... I just cover everything in the MVM series on my channel :)

Hey everyone - I made this video to introduce you to a series of videos I'll be making. Every couple of days I'll be "logging" in, like a diary, and sharing my thoughts and experiences throughout my 15 week dieting and contest preparation process. After each 5 week bracket I'll be releasing a video, or a couple of videos.

Please, let me know what you'd like for me to include! I've only recorded 1 log sofar (to be released at the end of the first 5 weeks) so all the other logs are up for your opinion.

Just a reminder, I'm Matt Ogus, a 20 year old natural bodybuilder from California. I'm half Filipino, half caucasian. I'm a full time college student. I've been weightlifting since 15 and a half, and been a lifestyle bodybuilder since age 16. I first competed at age 18 (school competition, and my first natural competitive bodybuilding competition was at age 19. Unprepared and naive, I did not do well in that competition, which is why I hired a contest prep time to help me for my next competition, come July 2011. I'm now 20 years old (no longer a teen). I love bodybuilding as a lifestyle as well as a sport, as you can see in my videos!

  • @nolimetanghari Hey! I'd let you know but water loss isn't a big priority in my contest prep. I'm focusing mainly on fat loss, I won't really be messing with water manipulation

  • how do i get into competitions etc?

  • I want to know a diet with consistency. Not say, "competition" material, but close. I usually either don't eat enough, or eat too much and don't work all of it in.

  • Oh hello! Have you tried cleverous 402 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my cousin lost a lot of weight with it.
