How to make ringtones for iphone free on PC

I did a video making ringtones on Mac, and many people can't converting the file extension. So in this video I show you guys how to do it on a PC and converting it. The reason you can't rename the file like I did on MAC because if your computer hides file extension, when you rename it, it only rename the title, not the file extension itself. After done all of this, you just need to sync to your iPhone. If it doesn't work, then you just drag and drop the ringtone song into the iphone icon. It should work. Thanks.

@iPlayThePsThree All you need to do is press view on the top. Then press prefrences. After that you check books, tones, and all the other things you need. Press OK and tones will pop up on the sidebar.
