  • @bboydjoe Bok Choy is the Cantonese pronunciation (Hong Kong). Bai Cai is the Mandarin pronunciation (China and Taiwan).

  • why is it called bok choy when in chinese its called bai1 cai4. bok choy does not sound like bai1 cai4 at all!
