@bboydjoe Bok Choy is the Cantonese pronunciation (Hong Kong). Bai Cai is the Mandarin pronunciation (China and Taiwan).

why is it called bok choy when in chinese its called bai1 cai4. bok choy does not sound like bai1 cai4 at all!
