Since Mackay, the creationist, states (@ 06'32") that "what you don't see happening is not science", does he hold it to be that what you do see happening is science? Certainly there is more to the scientific method than the instantly obervable, isn't there?

If not, Mackay should come to our necks of the woods to look at a five hundred year old oak tree & explain its existence--no one presently alive ever saw that tree shoot, nor did anyone ever see it grow & evolve over the past 500 years.
