I´m a polish migrant worker in Germany and I can´t really understand why so much people convert the values of earned pounds/euros into polish currency. I´ve been living in Germany for almost 5 years and I´ve never done that because I live here, pay in local currency so there is no point converting my loans into polish zloty and checking out how much I would have earned 2004. I think also it doesn´t pay to go abroad if you have to send money home. Then you have no life abroad.
