love wine corks! As a tile layer,, and lover of the grape, i make trivets for all my friends. Large piece of tile, corks cut with a bread knife (bottom fifth) followed by a hot glue gun and "voila" a trivet and or a piece of art for your kitchen that accepts all things hot directly from the stovetop or oven. Soo, what technique have you found that attaches well to your backing and what is your best way to cut and shape them? Keep Corking!!!
