Sounds sick. Have you ran it at the track yet? Curious to see what it runs..... Did the swap cost you any weight savings or did the new block reduce weight? Hows your MPG with a 496?? : )

It's a Warhawk tall block. Strange rear end. Engine was written up twice (I think) in GMHTP, April '09 was one of the dates.

@be4you98ls1 This is not an 8.1, its an LS based motor. Im sure its either a Warhawk or GM Tall Deck LSX block. Notice the FAST intake manifold and the spacers because of the tall deck height of the block.
