Just flip the switch on the dashboard off and on a bunch of times quickly, and eventually the lights will get out of sync.

No, they just become out of sync with each other if you flip the switch up and down for a long enough time :)

@VDubAGShowroom one activates, the other is just a hold button incase theres ice or snow, leave them up so you dont damage the electric motor trying to get them to go up when they can't.

Had one of these an tried to do that an then figured out that doing this kills the wires. lol but it was fun when it worked.
