Teegan Jones (8th grader, Rolling Hills)
Ty Shelton (c/o 2014 -- Bradshaw Christian High)

Semi-Private Training
- Teach players how to be a scorer
- Improving position specific attack moves (perimeter & post)
- Defensive concepts & Pressure techniques
- Ball Handling & Weak hand development
- Understanding spacing & timing

*Always give players high REPETITION
*Always design training based on SKILL level of players
*Always innovate drills with a purpose, able to transfer into GAME SITUATION

  • @fhire1 Teaching point: on all crossovers, the ball handlers shoulder should connect to defenders hip, SHOULDER to HIP = TKO of defenders.
