@UrbanBikeBags i know u reviverd a lot of negative comments but i have to say that helmets saved my life once (and thats enough) i was speeding on a boulebard and a car tuna an all taha i remenber was a big noise then i get up and my helmet was cracked, as a could understand i flew to a sidewalk so i wear helmets everytime i know im about to go craze fixing >l

so, people will probably hate me for this, but: having worked in ER's, and various other assets of emergency medicine, and being a cycling enthusiast, I've drawn the deduction that we cyclists really should wear helmets! I mean, I don't really want someone taking my liver because I didn't have a shell on.
I like this video, but I kind of wish the guys with the skills that put these things on would wear some shells for their younger viewers; you know, the whole role model thing.
