Eun Ju is an orphaned baby baboon who is now being cared for at CARE - the Centre for Animal Rehabilitation and Education in South Africa.
She was hand reared by dedicated surrogate mother Molly Jorges and this video is for Molly.
At around a year old, human contact becomes limited and the orphans learn to live with their own kind in a social group... at around the age of 7 the troop will be stable and grown up enough to live in the wild again - CARE plans a release, following IUCN guidelines. The orphans are then released into the wild IF funding and a suitable release site is found.
