The perfect term to describe what is going on here is 'polymeter', not rhythmic displacement.

This is how i found you guys: Typed in vocal harmonies, saw the stacked Major 2nds harmony video, heard the end of it, was like WHAT THE FUCK???!!! @lastchance2reason Will do man! You guys got Facebook? i think that will be the easiest way for me to stay tuned :) I love concept albums by the way. my Band Hemina's upcoming debut album release Synthetic, is also a concept!
